Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you bought from Boneyard Creek Boutique! If something isn't quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale, clearance, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Stickers, notepads, and gift items are final sale for hygiene and handling reasons.

How to start a return

Email us at support@boneyardcreekboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue store credit or ship your exchange, usually within 3-5 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
